How can I get a visa for visiting Turkey?

Are these the actual/real prices?
The prices of each property advertised are correct at time of publication. If you are wishing to pay in a different currency than that advertised the actual amount paid may change due to interest rates at the time. |
How do I arrange an "Viewing Trip"?
1 to 14 days inspection trips can be arranged for new property in Turkey by phoning us. They are usually one couple per representative, not a coach load so you are not viewing property someone else wants to see. |

"Viewing trips" what are they?
They should be viewed as a relaxed business trip. They are heavily subsidised to enable you and your partner to view as many suitable new properties as possible. They include accommodation in a quality hotel 25 sterling a day. Everything is arranged for you. |
How long does the buying process take?
With resale property in Turkey if you have the money, it can be done in 10-12 weeks! With new property in Turkey it can be done as soon as the villa / apartment is built, usually about 6 months- 15 months |
How do I buy a property in Turkey?
It is very easy in Turkey, with the help of trained english speaking advisors, you will be guided every step of the way, help on opening a bank account, obtaining a tax number and transfering the title deed. |
I'm thinking of living there, is it easy to get a resident permit?

I'm going to Turkey to buy, what do I need to take?
Take a bankers draft for £2000 payable to yourself, that way if you see something you like, you can open a bank account and use that as a deposit, if you don't, you can bring it home and repay it into your bank account. It is almost impossible with "plastic" and can be very difficult with travellers cheques. |
What are the running costs of a house in Turkey?
Generally a lot cheaper than in the UK ! We normally estimate that the annual cost for water, electricity and tax is approximately £300. |
How much rent will I get for my villa / apartment?
Between 150 and 1.000 sterling a week. |
How many weeks a year will I be able to rent it out?
It really depends on how much effort / marketing you put into it. Remember friends and relations are a "pain", they always want it cheap! The peak months are easy. |
Where can I get reasonable flights?
There are a wide selection of flights available throughout the year to Turkey. The New Dalaman International Airport is now open and they are excepting more passengers this year. Flights in the winter are available by Turkish Airlines. |

What about eployment in Turkey?
A Work Permit is required for employment in Turkey. These permits are issued by the Ministry of the Interior in Ankara. However you can get details from Turkish Embassy in London and/or their prospective employer in Turkey about the procedures for obtaining a Work Permit or you can access the Turkish work permit website www.csgb.gov.tr |
What about mortgages in Turkey?
It is not a possibility to get a mortgages for non Turkish citizens at the moment. |
